Device sale terms

• Parallel-import and used phones sold by us include a 1-year or 6-month repair warranty (parts not included).
• For device exchanges, please visit after 2:00 PM. Thank you for your understanding.
• One exchange only, for the same specification (model/colour). A purchase invoice must be presented. All sales are final — no refunds.
• If the replacement model is out of stock, we will arrange an exchange only after our supplier confirms availability.

Warranty does not cover

• Unauthorized disassembly or modification without manufacturer approval
• Abnormal use or wear and tear
• Cracked or damaged housing, display, or lens
• Moisture damage or water ingress from humid storage
• Damaged or removed back label
